From the first consultation to delivery, every step is designed to have you relaxed and ready in front of the camera.
Pre-shoot consultation
We talk before the shoot: we define the purpose of the images, where you'll use them and the style. I send you a mood board with guidance on outfits, colours and accessories.
Professional shoot
In the studio or on location — including at your home. I guide you step by step through poses and expressions. During outfit changes I show you the photos, so we check the direction together.
Retouching and delivery
Professional retouching of every shot, correction of temporary imperfections, black & white versions. Delivered in a private online gallery, in high resolution and web-optimised.

Which package suits me best?
If you only need photos for LinkedIn and your company profile, Portrait Simple is perfect. For more variety of outfits and poses, choose Portrait Lite. For company teams, Team Portraits offers the best value with individual and group photos.
Will you help me with poses and expressions?
Absolutely. I guide you through every pose to make the most of your face and personality. Many clients arrive nervous and leave relaxed, saying it was more fun than they expected.
How do I choose the right outfits for professional portraits?
During the pre-shoot consultation I send you a detailed mood board. General rule: solid colours, avoid tight stripes and busy patterns. Always bring a backup outfit — often the spare one makes the best photos.
Can the photos be used for prints and company materials?
Yes. I always deliver high resolution for professional printing plus web-optimised versions. You can use them for business cards, brochures, your website, LinkedIn and all your communication materials.
What if the weather is bad for an outdoor shoot?
I always check the forecast and contact you 48 hours before if we need to move. I always have a plan B: my studio is fully equipped to recreate any atmosphere you want.
Can I see some photos during the session before we go on?
Of course. I always show you the photos taken, during a change of pose or outfit. That way I know you're happy with the direction we're taking. If something isn't working, we change approach straight away.
Is removal of temporary imperfections included?
Yes, professional retouching includes correcting temporary imperfections (spots, dark circles, small scratches). I always keep a natural look — you, but at your best. If there's something you don't want changed, or you need specific edits, just tell me.
For Team Portraits, how long does each person need?
About 30-45 minutes per person, including outfit changes. With a team of five it takes around 3-4 hours in total. I always plan a schedule to make the best use of everyone's time.
Can I ask for changes after seeing the final photos?
I always include small adjustments (colour correction, different crops, black & white versions). For substantial changes we can look at it case by case. The goal is that you're completely happy.
For Team Portraits, does everyone have to come on the same day?
No, we can split the session over two days if needed. I keep the lighting and style consistent so the final team photos look uniform.
