Your spaces,
the light they deserve.

I document construction sites, finished interiors, bespoke doors and set-ups. I shoot both landscape and portrait, so you have the right images for your website, property portals and Instagram.

Construction

Construction

I document the state of works at the stages that matter: systems, materials being laid, final handover. Each stage produces an ordered report you can pass to the client or use on site.

Landscape · 3:2

For the whole space.

It captures the room, the relationship between spaces, the sense of scale. This is the format that works on websites, property portals and client presentations.

16:9 · 3:2 · 21:9
Portrait · 2:3

For height and detail.

It makes the most of ceilings, staircases, materials and proportions. This is the format that performs on Instagram and in carousels, where the thumb scrolls vertically.

Every service is quoted individually.

Every space is different, so every quote is tailored. There are no off-the-shelf packages: you tell me what needs photographing and I'll send you the numbers.

What the price depends on
  • How large the space is. A single room or an entire floor take different amounts of time.
  • How many photographs you need. An essential set or a full library covering months of communication.
  • How many visits. A single shoot, or several visits to follow a construction site or a set-up.
  • Where it is. The studio is in Garbagnate Milanese: beyond 30 km travel expenses apply.
  • When you need it. Express delivery for tight deadlines is available as an extra.
How it works

A path in three steps

From the quick site visit to delivery, every step is designed to leave nothing to chance.

01

Quick site visit

On the day of the shoot, on site: I look at the space, the light available at that moment, and identify the camera positions. For construction sites we agree the schedule of stages to document.

02

Shoot

Tripod and tilt-shift lenses, natural light integrated with flash where needed. The length is decided around your brief: from an essential shoot of a few images to a full service across several rooms. I tidy the scene only where it serves the image.

03

Retouching and delivery

Perspective correction, balancing window and interior light, colour faithful to the real materials. Private gallery with high resolution plus web and social formats.

Frequently asked questions

Formats, construction sites, light, image usage: answers to the questions I get most often.

Do you shoot both landscape and portrait in the same set?

Yes, and that is a choice. Landscape images tell the story of the space and the relationship between rooms: they work on websites, property portals and client presentations. Portrait images make the most of height, detail and proportion, and they are the ones that perform on Instagram and in carousels.

When we plan the shoot we decide the mix based on where you will use the images. If you need a consistent set for a single channel, I deliver them with uniform proportions.

How do you document a construction site? Do you need to be there more than once?

A construction site is not photographed once. We agree a schedule of stages, usually 3-4 visits: initial state, working stages, materials being laid, final handover.

Each stage produces an ordered report you can pass to the client. If you need to communicate during the works, an extra visit can be added.

Do I need to empty and tidy the space before the shoot?

It does not need to become a set. I do ask you to clear the surfaces of anything that does not belong to the space: bottles, cables, personal items, boxes.

A little real life helps: a cup, a book, a plant make the space believable. Emptying everything makes it look fake and lowers the perceived value.

Do you work with artificial light or only natural?

I always start from the natural light available in the space. When that is not enough (dark interiors, grey days, times fixed by the client) I integrate with interior flash and panels, so the detail in the windows is never lost.

The result is the same: no blown-out windows, no flat interiors.

Can I use the photos on property portals and paid campaigns?

Yes, commercial use is included. You can publish them on your website, portals, organic social, paid campaigns, brochures, presentations and materials for your clients.

The only thing I ask is a photo credit where possible: it helps me and costs you nothing.

How soon do I receive the images?

For a standard interior shoot, delivery is within 10 working days. For a construction report, delivery is stage by stage: the images from each visit arrive within a few days, so you can use them while the works are still ongoing.

If you have a fixed deadline (a publication, a closing, an opening) tell me at quote stage: express delivery is available as an extra.

Can I publish photos of a private home? Are there restrictions?

It depends on what is inside. If the space is recognisable, the owner must give permission; if a person appears, we need their release.

During the site visit I tell you exactly what can be published and what cannot, and if needed I frame the shots so the property cannot be identified. No surprises afterwards.

How does the quote work?

We start with a free consultation where you tell me about the space, the goal and where you will use the images. From there I build a tailored quote: number of visits, length of the shoot, number of photographs, any extras.

Booking is confirmed with a deposit; the balance is paid on delivery. I accept bank transfer, PayPal and cash.

Let's start

Do you have a space
to tell the story of?

Send me a couple of lines about what you need photographed: a construction site, a finished home, a door, a set-up. I'll reply with a tailored quote.
