Pre-event briefing
We talk before the event: we agree location, timings, duration and your must-have list. For corporate events I coordinate with the organisers so I don't interfere with the schedule.
The coverage
I stay discreet but present at the key moments: I capture both the spontaneous shots of the reportage and posed portraits when they're needed. During breaks I show you a few previews so we can check the direction together.
Selection and delivery
Professional selection and retouching of every photograph. You receive everything in high resolution for printing and in web and social-optimised formats, in a private online gallery. Delivery in 5-7 days.

How do I choose the right events package?
Short Events is ideal for ceremonies lasting about 2 hours (graduations, church christenings, short company meetings). Standard Events covers longer celebrations with a party or reception: graduation and party, hen or stag do, christening and reception, milestone birthday. Corporate Full is designed for structured corporate events, up to 8 hours. If you're not sure, write to me: we'll work it out together from your schedule.
Do you photograph weddings too?
I don't currently offer wedding services. I specialise in corporate events, family celebrations (graduations, christenings, birthdays) and short ceremonies. I can, however, point you to trusted colleagues who specialise in weddings.
How does the coverage work during the event?
I stay discreet but always present at the key moments. I capture both spontaneous moments and posed photos when needed. For corporate events I always coordinate with the organisers so I don't interfere with the schedule: I arrive before it starts and identify the key moments and the people not to miss.
Can I see some photos during the event?
Absolutely. During breaks I always show you a few previews to make sure you're happy with the coverage and the style I'm using. For corporate events I can also prepare a small selection to share in real time on the company's social channels, if you'd like.
Can the session be extended on the day?
Yes, if my schedule allows. Additional cost: €50/hour for Short Events and Standard, €75/hour for Corporate Full. I'd always suggest booking a little more time than you need: better to come home with a few extra shots than miss the moment.
Can I request specific photos during the event?
Of course. During the pre-event briefing I always collect your must-have list: specific people, key moments, particular groups, shots that matter to you. During the event I'm always available for last-minute requests — just a glance, a word.
Are the photos suitable for social media and company websites?
Yes. I always deliver the photos in formats optimised for every use: high resolution for printing and institutional communication, web format for websites and newsletters, and social format optimised for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. All with commercial use included.
What if the event finishes earlier or later than planned?
I always stay until the natural end of the event, even if it runs 15-30 minutes over. For significant extensions we apply the agreed hourly rate. If the event finishes early, we count the planned time as covered: better to have a few spare minutes to catch the last moments than risk missing them.
Do you also provide video coverage?
I don't handle video myself, but I can put you in touch with trusted colleagues who specialise in event video. If you're after a photo + video package, we can coordinate quotes and attendance to offer you an integrated service.
How do I book? Is a deposit needed?
Booking is simple: you choose the events package, we have a free introductory consultation to agree location, duration, photographic must-haves and date, and you confirm with a deposit. The balance is paid on the day of the event. I accept bank transfer, PayPal and cash.
How long until I receive the final photos?
Standard timings: Short Events, 7 working days; Standard Events, 7 working days; Corporate Full, 5 working days. If you have a deadline coming up (press release, launch, urgent announcement), Express delivery in 24-48 hours is available for €50.
What if the event is cancelled or postponed?
No problem. If the event is cancelled or postponed we reschedule at no extra cost, even with just a few hours' notice. The deposit stays valid for the new agreed date. If the event is cancelled for good, we'll look at it together — usually the deposit can be converted into another service.
