How to choose the right event package?
Short Events is ideal for ceremonies lasting about two hours (graduations, church baptisms). Standard Events covers longer celebrations with a party or reception. Corporate Full is designed for large-scale corporate events that require comprehensive coverage.
Do you also photograph weddings?
I don't currently offer wedding services. I specialize in corporate events, family celebrations (graduations, baptisms, birthdays), and short ceremonies. However, I can refer you to trusted colleagues who specialize in weddings.
How does photo coverage work during the event?
I remain discreet but always present at key moments. I capture both candid moments and posed photos when necessary. For corporate events, I always coordinate with the organizers to avoid interfering with the program.
Can I see some photos during the event?
Absolutely! I always show a few previews during breaks to make sure you're happy with the coverage and photography style I'm using.
Is it possible to extend the duration of the service on the same day?
Yes, if my schedule allows. Additional cost: €50/hour for Short and Standard Events, €75/hour for Corporate Full-Day. I always recommend booking a little more time than necessary to be safe.
Can I request specific photos during the event?
Of course! During the pre-event briefing, I always gather your "must-haves" list: specific people, key moments, and specific groups. During the event, I'm always available for last-minute requests.
Are the photos suitable for social media and business websites?
Yes! I always deliver photos in optimized formats for each use: high resolution for prints and materials, web format for websites and social media. All photos are commercially available.
What happens if the event ends before or after the scheduled time?
I always stay until the event's natural conclusion, even if it goes 15-30 minutes over. For significant extensions, we apply the agreed-upon hourly rate.
Do you also provide video recording services?
I don't personally do video, but I can put you in touch with trusted colleagues who specialize in event videography.
